Together with InnoTrans, Eurailpress is organizing the third Eurailpress Career Boost.

The Eurailpress Career Boost turns the game around: Not companies present their job offers, but young talents introduce themselves to the companies. In this way, young talents become visible to the rail industry and can present themselves to potential employers in a direct and uncomplicated way.

The entire format will take place as a presence-only event on site at InnoTrans 2024.

At InnoTrans, international industry experts meet the innovators of tomorrow.

The new recruiting concept gives applicants the chance to introduce themselves to potential employers from the rail industry in 90 seconds. In the 90 seconds, each participant presents him or herself: Who am I, what education do I have, what makes me stand out, what do I want to achieve and what is my motivation to work in the rail industry? Afterwards, representatives of companies will have the opportunity to enter into a personal discussion with the applicants.
